ENROLLMENT TIMELINE
for the 2013-14 School Year:
January 14, 2013: Open enrollment begins for all grade levels. New student applicants will be notified of placement the week of March 11, 2013..
January 25-February 1: Current students fill out Re-commitment Forms for next school year.
February 8-February 15: Enrollment for each grade level is counted to determine if we have more applicants than seats available. If we have too many applicants then a lottery will be held to determine those applicants who will be accepted.
February 19: Lottery will be held, if necessary, for any grade levels which are above capacity for the 2013-14 school year.
February 25-March 1: Parents of new students will be notified by email regarding acceptance.
From March 1 going forward: Applications will be reviewed and accepted based on class size.
